Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (skinless)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 100 grams basmati rice
- 100 grams broccoli
- Sesame seeds
- spring onions (optional)
Instructions

Prepare Marinade
Combine ginger, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sweet chili into a bowl. Stir well to combine.

Prep Salmon
Add the salmon fillets to the marinade and turn over and over to coat fully. Cover bowl and leave to marinate for about 30 minutes.

Cook Salmon
Preheat grill. Place salmon fillets on a lined baking tray and pour any excess marinade on top of them. Grill for about 7-10 minutes until the top of salmon is glazed and caramelized.

Plate & Serve
Remove and serve immediately with basmati rice and steamed broccoli. Garnish with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
