Ingredients
- 1 pound protein penne pasta
- 1 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan
- 1 tablespoon Calabrian Chile oil

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta, stirring occasionally, according to package instructions. Drain; reserve 1/2 cups pasta water.
