Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/3 cup Oat Flour
  • 5 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 3 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp Black Cocoa Powder
  • 5 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 crushed Peppermint Candy Cane

Instructions

    In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly until the texture comes together. If the mixture seems dry, add a splash of milk or water; if too wet, add more dry ingredients.

    Line a baking pan with parchment paper (for bars) or form 1-inch balls (for bites/balls).

    Press the mixture firmly into the pan, or roll the balls evenly between your palms.

    Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (1 hour for bars) until firm. Slice bars into portions if needed.

    Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
