Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 serving collagen peptides or your favorite protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon all natural peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, add more to thin

Instructions

    Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender.

    Blend on high until completely smooth, about 30 to 45 seconds. Add a splash of water or extra ice if you prefer a thinner texture.
