A comforting pasta dish featuring tender pasta coated in a creamy, rich cottage cheese and parmesan sauce. The finely chopped broccoli brings a vibrant green hue and a hint of crunch, balanced by the subtle garlic aroma and the warmth of olive oil. A touch of reserved pasta water melds everything into a smooth, velvety sauce that clings to each piece of pasta. Seasoned with a hint of salt and freshly cracked black pepper, the dish is then topped with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for brightness and optional red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
