1 tsp fresh ginger
1 crushed garlic clove
1 tbsp soy sauce

100 grams basmati rice

1. Prepare Marinade
Combine ginger, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sweet chili into a bowl. Stir well to combine.
2. Prep Salmon
Add the salmon fillets to the marinade and turn over and over to coat fully. Cover bowl and leave to marinate for about 30 minutes.
3. Cook Salmon
